In this book I clear up many things that have been proven to have no influence on the prevention of dementia and Alzheimer's disease:
- •Why Sudoku, crosswords and most brain jogging workouts probably don't do much good.
» The answer is on page 22 in my book!
- •How you can easily recognise for yourself which exercise helps you stay mentally fit and what you are just wasting your time with
» The answer is on page 24 in my book!
- •Which 5 foods you should best ban from your fridge today - and why some "super foods" can even increase the likelihood of dementia.
» The answer is on page 32 in my book!
- •What simple activities are enough to lead a healthy lifestyle - even without a gym or beads of sweat on your forehead.
» The answer is on page 14 in my book!
